How We Manufacture Bamboo Mats
Step 1. Bamboo Selection
どの竹も吸湿性に優れ、通気性に優れています。ただし、竹マットに最適な竹は樹齢5〜10年以上で、直径10cm以上のものです。このほか、竹麻雀マットに使用する竹を選ぶ際には、引張強度、圧縮強度、弾性率、耐火性、竹マットのデザインや形状なども考慮されます。
ステップ 2. 竹を鋸で切って切る
竹を伐採する際に黄色い部分を取り除き、緑色の部分をマットの製作に使用します。竹の緑色の部分は耐久性があり、丈夫で、カビが発生せず、涼しく、水分をあまり含まないためです。
ステップ3. 竹チップの製造
良質な竹を集めて製材した後、それを切断して竹チップを作り、竹麻雀マットを作ります。必要な竹チップの総数は竹マットのサイズによって異なります。
ステップ4. 竹チップの選択
この選別ステップは、竹製麻雀マットに破損、欠陥、または間違ったサイズのチップが使用されていないことを確認するのに役立ちます。
このために竹チップは1本ずつ運ばれます。各チップは表と裏でスキャンされます。基準を満たしている場合にのみ、次のステップに進みます。
ステップ5. 竹チップにドリルで穴を開ける
製造部門には、竹チップに穴を開ける専用のボール盤があります。この穴は、編み物をするときに糸を通して竹チップを固定するために使用されます。
穴の大きさと位置を指定します。すべての竹チップの穴が同じ位置にあります。これは竹マットの滑らかな外観にとって重要です。
ステップ6. 竹チップの焼成と研磨
竹チップは5倍の高温で抗気処理されています。製造時に高温で炭化することにより、竹チップは良い茶色に仕上がります。したがって、目に見える竹チップの色は染色によるものではありません。実はこれは高温の炭化によるものです。炭化の工程は竹チップの研磨の役割を果たします。
ステップ7. 竹ビーズの最終選択
黄色とコーヒー色の竹チップを分離し、次の工程に送られ、それらを接合してマットを作ります。この手順により、竹製麻雀マットの色を均一に保つことができます。
ステップ8. 竹チップを編む
竹麻雀マットを作るための竹チップの編み方は手作りです。熟練の職人が針と糸を使って竹チップをつなぎ合わせていきます。これにより、竹マットに優れた強度ときれいな仕上がりが得られます。
ステップ9. 竹製麻雀マットを縫う
編んだ後、竹麻雀マットの端をミシンで縫い、より美しく、耐久性があり、きれいになります。縫製は2本針を使用し、10cmあたり22針を縫います。
ステップ 10. 品質チェック
竹製麻雀マットの製造工程の最終段階では、マットは品質検査を経て、出荷準備完了のラベルが貼られます。品質検査には竹チップの検査も含まれます。竹チップは色、品質、縫製などを検査されます。開いた糸は手で取り除きます。
